back to news index ..... Somerset Potato Day and Seed Swap A Potato Day and seed swap will take place at Doulting Village Hall, Doulting, Nr Shepton Mallet, on Saturday 9th February 2008. The event opens at 10am until 3pm. This is the third year of this popular event which has been growing steadily and this year there will be over 75 varieties of seed potato available by tuber, both modern and heritage. The event is being organised by Pennard Plants. The popular seed swap will once again operate and all proceeds from the door and refreshments will go to Doulting Village School.
