Does pruning leave you simply stumped? Can't tell your hostas from your hydrangeas? Learn the answers to all these questions and much more at 'An Audience with Sam Youd', Tatton Park's popular manager, on Friday May 30th 2008.
The event is being organised as part of Cheshire's Year of Gardens 08 and this exclusive evening with Sam will commence at 6pm with Pimms on the Italian Terrace with a rare opportunity for guests to explore the gardens 'after-hours'.
Guests will then be directed to the Tenants' Hall to enjoy 'Bothies, Bell Jars and Brussels Sprouts' as Sam, Tatton's green-fingered guru, shares amusing stories and inside knowledge gained in over 45 years in gardening. Should be a really enjoyable and popular evening.
Call 01625 374428 or visit www.tattonpark.org.uk for more details. Tickets cost £20 per person (including Pimms refreshments, Garden entry and ‘An Audience with Sam Youd’).
